Quality Manager

Formulate quality objectives and interpret quality philosophy for key personnel. Utilize Key Performance Indicators to track corrective and improvement activities while managing the Corrective/Preventive Action process. Develop inspection, testing, and evaluation standards, then oversee design analysis and integration to assure product quality. Perform reviews of design documentation for compliance with vendor manuals and company records. Represent the company during customer visits, surveys, and presentations. Review all quality control data to ensure policy consistency and keep management abreast of significant issues. Direct workers engaged in inspection and testing to maintain continuous control over materials and facilities. Design and implement quality training programs for key personnel. Directly oversee Quality Department employees, handling hiring, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution. Maintain a working knowledge of government and industry quality codes. Proficiency in the PLEX ERP system is required.
