Job Summary
Lead on Quality Management for the project, acting as interface between the Client and the Contractors Quality Teams; manage the Arcadis Quality team on the project; direct on-site resources and ensure quality events and benchmarks are recorded; prepare and deliver the overall Quality Management Plan in line with Owner specifications; communicate quality specifications to service providers and integrators; establish project-specific requirements for Factory Witness Testing and manage off-site quality activities; ensure stakeholders are trained on processes, monitor compliance, and verify Quality Control plans meet contract requirements; manage construction documentation and handovers in line with the project IMS and EDM system; promote a culture of quality among operatives through induction and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in a Quality Manager role on major construction projects
- Experience working on data centre/technology project experience preferred but not essential
- Experience working in consultancy, general contractor or client-side environments
