Quality Manager-Data Center Construction

Quality Manager for a data center construction project in Northwest Indiana. On-site role focused on leading the project-wide Quality Management Plan, reviewing construction documents and submittals for constructability, conducting regular quality inspections, and driving quality across all trades. Will empower subcontractors to implement their own quality control programs, oversee field testing and commissioning to ensure systems meet design intent and standards, analyze non-conformances, promote continuous improvement, mentor project team members on quality workflows and sequencing, and lead pre-install and mock-up reviews. Will deliver detailed reports and corrective action plans to support turnover of a mission-critical facility. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of construction quality experience; full-time on-site in Valparaiso, IN.
