Job Summary
The Quality Manager will oversee quality assurance during the construction of Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS) projects. Responsibilities include developing SOPs, establishing inspection protocols, documenting lessons learned, and collaborating with project teams to ensure compliance with specifications. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in BEES projects
- Experience in Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS) projects
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control for design projects
- Proven leadership and strategic planning skills
- Proficient computer skills and use of Microsoft Office and MS Project
- Proven track record managing multi-phase, high-value projects in the energy sector
- Knowledgeable in project controls (cost and scheduling) for transportation projects
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local energy regulations and standards
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale energy projects
- Familiarity with Oracle Unifier, QuickBase, and other accounting software
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
