Quality Manager - Construction

Job Summary
Implement and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) across all job sites by coordinating internal and external audits with subcontractors. Prepare quality audit plans and schedules, manage management reviews for continuous QMS improvement, and enforce corrective action processes for nonconformities. Maintain relevant quality records in accordance with individual project requirements while working closely with site superintendents and project managers. Requires a relevant engineering degree, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification, and minimum 10 years in ICI construction on complex projects over $40 million. Includes medical benefits and RRSP matching.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum University or Community College graduate in a relevant Engineering or Architectural technology discipline
- Successfully completed an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Course
- Minimum 6 years' experience as a Quality Manager obtained on complex projects with a Contract value above $40 million
- Minimum 10 years' experience in ICI construction on complex projects with a Contract value above $40 million
- TTC experience
- Experience with the IHSA COR certification program
- Professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid computer skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner
