Quality Manager - Conklin

Manage supplier quality for inbound production material, oversee product quality for finished goods and spare parts, and lead field quality for post-install support. Maintain the Quality Management System and ISO 9001 compliance, including auditing and governance of corporate standards. Direct a team of quality engineers to establish programs evaluating product precision, drive First Pass Yield initiatives, and ensure all hardware and software test requirements are satisfied prior to release. Conduct failure analysis, manage CAPA for rejected materials, and oversee asset calibration. Track QA KPIs, report results to executive management, and serve as the first level of escalation for product quality issues. Ensure integrity of data before shipment and enforce safety regulations and company policies. Requires U.S. citizenship due to defense information engagement.
