Job Summary
Coordinates and supervises divisions inspection and testing procedures for finished products; interprets quality control philosophy; formulates and maintains quality control objectives; coordinates objectives with production procedures to maximize product reliability and minimize costs; provides inspection activity throughout production; applies total quality management tools to analytical and reporting processes; directs workers in inspection and testing to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products; designs and implements quality control training programs; investigates and corrects customer concerns regarding quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
