Quality Manager

Ensure high levels of internal and external customer service by investigating and correcting customer issues and complaints. Supervise workers engaged in inspection and testing to maintain technical integrity while overseeing calibration and testing programs. Formulate and document quality control standards for new product launches and create inspection criteria across the production cycle. Lead business operations for the Case Repair Center, RMA Department, and Model Shop, coordinating objectives with production procedures to minimize costs and maximize reliability. Troubleshoot operational concerns, conduct factory tours as needed, and maintain active roles on continuous improvement teams. Manage workflows and production schedules for collaborations while building relationships between business segments and the consuming public.
