Job Summary
Quality Manager responsible for architecting the QA framework and driving a tech-enabled, centralized quality program for patient care. Own standardized, milestone-based quality rubrics; partner with Data & Analytics to correlate QA scores with business outcomes; consolidate QA across the organization into a single source of truth; collaborate with Platform and AI teams to design future AI QA systems; translate QA insights into actionable coaching and remediation plans to improve patient outcomes; ensure compliance and risk management for patient-case documentation; optimize tool usage and automate flags into operational changes; balance operational efficiency with compassionate, patient-centric care. The role requires building QA capabilities from the ground up in a dynamic healthcare/tech environment and working cross-functionally to elevate patient experience through data-driven quality initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Quality Management or Audit experience in healthcare, telehealth, or high-growth technology companies
- Experience building or scaling QA functions
- Experience with automated QA platforms and interest in AI/LMMs for quality oversight
- Analytical rigor and ability to work with data analysts to link quality to outcomes (CSAT, NPS, defect rates)
- Strong collaboration with Sales, Operations, Data, and Product teams
- Ability to translate clinical/regulatory requirements into measurable quality standards
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management, deadline management, and prioritization skills
- Experience in regulatory and contractual requirements related to patient care
- People leadership or potential to scale to a people-manager role (preferred)
