Job Summary
Manage day-to-day quality operations, supervise departmental employees, and develop personnel by identifying training needs. Answer and document customer inquiries regarding complaints, complete assessments, and maintain the ISO9001 Quality Management System. Develop policies, procedures, and work instructions while scheduling and conducting meetings for APQP, safety reviews, and continuous improvement. Issue corrective action requests, coordinate emergency response drills, and schedule internal audits to track nonconforming products. Maintain contact with sales and program managers to complete First Articles, PPAP submissions, and FMEAS. Perform inspection duties, review annual performance ratings, and ensure all documentation meets customer requirements.
