Job Summary
Lead, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and customer expectations. Supervise the quality team, develop procedures, and conduct internal and customer audits to drive corrective actions. Manage supplier quality issues, analyze product defects, and lead improvement projects using statistical methodologies. Work with ERP systems and partner with engineering and production to resolve quality challenges. Monday–Thursday 9-hour schedule with a half-day Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of quality management or quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience supervising or leading employees

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems
- ISO 9001:2015
- APQP
- PFMEA/FMEA
- Control Plans
- Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Design of Experiments (DOE)
- Process Validation
- Experience using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
