Job Summary
Develop, standardize, and lead quality management systems across multiple production sites for thermoplastic, thermoset, and precast molding operations. Establish and enforce quality standards, oversee internal and external audit programs, and define key metrics to drive corrective actions and root cause analysis. Lead cross-site initiatives to reduce variability, partner with engineering on process validation, and drive supplier quality initiatives. Promote a culture of continuous improvement using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies while supporting safety and compliance. Manage training programs to build quality awareness across all levels of the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of thermoplastic molding, thermoset molding, and/or precast molding processes
- Proven experience implementing and managing Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 or similar)
- Experience with quality tools and methodologies such as root cause analysis, CAPA, FMEA, SPC, and statistical analysis
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material performance, and product applications in industrial or infrastructure markets
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality-related software systems
