Job Summary
Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) at the Richen site, overseeing its continuous development and ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements. Plan, implement, and coordinate internal and external audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 certifications, while collaborating with external bodies. Lead improvement projects using methodologies like 5 Why, 8D, and Six Sigma, facilitate Kaizen workshops, and prepare FMEAs and control plans. Create work instructions, standard operating procedures, and dashboards to analyze quality KPIs and derive actionable measures. Support functional departments in defining and improving processes and quality standards. This role requires at least five years of manufacturing experience and fluency in German and English.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in establishing, implementing, or further developing Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 management systems
- Experience planning and conducting internal and external audits
- Experience leading projects, ideally combined with team leadership experience
- Experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SAP
- A strong hands-on mindset and an independent, structured way of working
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a comparable technical qualification
- Experience implementing and maintaining management systems according to ISO 14001 and ISO 50001
- Knowledge of Lean Management and Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an advantage
- ISO 9001 Auditor certification (Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor) is an advantage
- Database and programming skills (e.g., SQL, Power Query, or Python) are a plus
- Experience with statistical methods and quality tools such as SPC, MSA, and Process Capability Analysis
