Job Summary
Quality Manager responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the QMS to ensure ISO 9001 compliance and customer satisfaction. Leads QA activities across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and service for semiconductor test equipment; drives continuous improvement, audits, CAPA, and ensures high-quality products. Oversees supplier quality, manufacturing quality, and customer quality; leads data-driven quality improvements, supports NPI, and fosters a culture of quality. Works primarily in Fremont, CA with occasional travel to suppliers and customer sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline
- ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or equivalent certification preferred
- 7+ years of progressive quality management experience in semiconductor equipment, electronics manufacturing, industrial equipment, or a related high-technology manufacturing environment
- Experience managing and maintaining an ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System
- Experience working with complex PCB assemblies, electro-mechanical systems, contract manufacturers, and global suppliers
