Job Summary
Quality Management Specialist to perform QC reviews across regions and project milestones; provide technical assistance including code, accessibility, and zoning analysis; coordinate architectural drawings and specifications; review and develop details; mentor staff on building codes and WM Standards; prepare and lead educational presentations on code and quality management for firmwide audiences; participate in Studio QM coordination meetings; manage calendars and deadlines within budget; Atlanta-based role.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Interior Design and/or Architecture
- Strong communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of model and state building codes, as well as state and federal accessibility standards.
- Extensive experience in project management, construction, and detailing.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Teams, MS Outlook, and MS Word is required.
