Quality Management Specialist

Conduct investigations for all programs by interviewing staff, reviewing documentation, and completing investigation reports within required timeframes. Coordinate and ensure timely completion of investigations performed by agency and contracted investigators. Perform regularly scheduled internal reviews to ensure regulatory compliance and oversee implementation of plans of corrective action. Collect, analyze, interpret, and document information to support audit findings while maintaining strict confidentiality. Facilitate Agency's Quality Management for compliance with Local, State, and Federal regulatory systems and assist programs in resolving identified problems. Work a flexible schedule based on investigatory needs with rotating on-call coverage for incident response. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OPWDD, Federal, and State regulations and participate in Agency's Incident Review, Human Rights, and Research Project Proposal Committees.
