Quality Management Specialist

Conduct investigations for all programs by interviewing staff, reviewing documentation, completing reports, and inputting required information into statewide databases. Coordinate and ensure timely completion of investigations performed by agency and contracted investigators while maintaining strict confidentiality. Perform regularly scheduled internal reviews to ensure regulatory compliance and oversee implementation of corrective action plans. Collect, analyze, and document information to support audit findings and facilitate proper documentation for external audits. Maintain up to date knowledge of OPWDD, Federal, and State regulations to facilitate Agency's Quality Management for compliance with Local, State, and Federal regulatory systems. Work a flexible schedule based on investigatory needs with rotating on-call coverage for incident response.
