Job Summary
Perform quality control reviews of all work products and deliverables to meet the 98% accuracy standard defined in the QASP, ensuring correct grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting. Develop plans and programs for maintaining product quality throughout the deliverable life cycle while supporting End-to-End and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Veteran and Family Member Program (VFMP) Modernization projects. Maintain a Production Defect and Issue Tracker for all defects and issues, monitor operations to prevent production errors, and analyze adverse quality trends to initiate corrective actions with firm commitments for changes. Validate that automation and modernization tools meet 100% of business requirements prior to deployment. This contingent, remote role requires occasional travel for client engagements and adherence to on-site requirements pending contract award.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or deliverable quality control, preferably supporting government programs.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing quality plans, monitoring adherence to quality requirements, and driving corrective action.
- Experience supporting UAT or End-to-End testing, including developing test cases, test scenarios, and test schedules.
- Familiarity with quality management systems, tools, and techniques such as Lean Six Sigma, CMMI, ISO 9000/9001, or the Malcolm Baldrige criteria.
- Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach to marketing trends and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government.
- Comfortability with supporting complex client relationships.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
