Quality Line Inspector

Job Summary
Quality Line Inspector responsible for in-process line inspections and documentation of findings while enforcing cGMP, GDocP, and ISO 22716 standards. Inspect and test products during manufacturing, document results in Redzone and batchkits, assist with Bulk Hold Studies, ensure proper quarantine and labeling of issues, and maintain data integrity. Onsite daily presence required; role may involve cross-functional collaboration and attention to detail to ensure compliance and quality throughout production.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree in science preferred
- Ability to stand for a significant portion of the shift
- Availability to be onsite daily with reliable attendance during work hours
- Consistently meet individual and team goals daily
- Ability to train on shift
- Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal communication, bilingual a plus)
- Ability to work cross-functionally across the organization, maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Attention to detail and documentation
- Ability to stay on task and determine best uses of resources and time
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in science preferred
- Experience with quality assurance in manufacturing
- Strong documentation and data integrity skills
- Bilingual a plus
