Inspect production lines, materials, packaging, and finished goods; perform GMP, hygiene, and sanitation audits; calibrate test equipment and verify batch accuracy; monitor allergen control, ATP testing, and microbiological sampling; document nonconformities and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred
- 1–2 years in quality or production environment (food/pharma preferred)
- Knowledge of cGMPs, HACCP, and Allergen Control strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
