Quality Line Auditor

Quality Line Auditor will verify packaging components, ensure date/product coding meets specifications, and confirm proper placement of pallet placards and case stickers before finished-product production. Responsibilities include programming new/updated product codes into VideoJet equipment, hourly monitoring of up to six bottles per line for induction seal, closure torque, product appearance, bottle/case codes, case seal, UPC label placement, closure color/style, label orientation, pallet wrap tension, and bottle/closure lot numbers; ensure proper inspection and retention of all inbound closures; stop the production line for deviations and report issues to management; manage retention forms when items pass retention period; report any quality/production issues identified during monitoring. Requires knowledge of 5S practices, ability to climb stairs and lift up to 50 pounds, basic computer skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and ability to meet fast-paced productivity goals. Overtime, weekends, and holidays required during peak volumes. Must have a High School diploma or equivalent, be eligible to work in the US, and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
