Job Summary
Quality Liaison supporting customer-plant communication, performing product inspections at customer sites, documenting non-conformances, communicating issues to the plant, assisting containment and rework, and driving customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution. Requires High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 years of automotive/manufacturing quality experience; strong verbal and written communication; ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams; able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 lbs; Automotive interiors and containment/rework experience are relevant to the role.
