Job Summary
Provide direction and guidance to associates in functional areas, mentor, and train staff while ensuring quality standards and efficient use of people and equipment. Assist the supervisor with schedule attainment, track and order supplies, and maintain accurate daily inspection records. Perform operations to setup, adjust, and maintain gauges, fixtures, and checking devices used in manufacturing inspection, engineering, and assembly areas. Resolve tooling, gaging, print, or other applicable issues as they arise and report operating difficulties to the appropriate supervisor. Maintain and comply with process documentation, including handling regulated waste in accordance with federal and state regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to read, write, and interpret technical information
- Geometric dimensioning and tolerance
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to train and mentor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use and setup various measuring devices or gages
- Good computer skills
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:00pm schedule
- Friday Overtime day
- 1st Shift availability
- Full Time employment
- Timken, Keene, NH location
