Job Summary
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the quality management system tailored to AAM Investment Management Co. Ltd.'s operations in Asia. Oversee quality metrics, key performance indicators, and service level agreements across regional operations while conducting regular internal and external audits. Lead investigations into quality-related issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate quality principles and develop training programs for employees across Asian offices. Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure system compliance, preparing performance reports for senior management. Manage and mentor a team of quality professionals as the regional footprint expands.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Quality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quality management within the financial services industry, preferably in asset management or investment
- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean)
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in Asian markets (e.g., SFC, MAS, CSRC)
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English and Mandarin Chinese (both written and verbal)
- Ability to travel frequently across Asia
