Quality Lead

Quality Lead will act as the subject matter expert for lab tasks and lead QA/quality initiatives across the QSHE framework. Responsibilities include leading trainings, lab waste management with 3rd party vendors, lab/inventory management, scheduling and management of TMYM and OVI testing, stability testing, calibration and PMs of equipment, QA-related document management (SOP updates, SDS, etc.), internal GMP audits, CCP/OPRP/PCQI reviews, QA training, and general administrative support. The role encompasses maintaining QSHE compliance and culture, supporting risk assessments and safety reviews, producing quality data and reports, coordinating audits/inspections, ensuring products meet specifications, and fostering collaboration with managers, regulators, customers, and external partners. Requires high school/vocational or associate’s degree in occupational health & safety or related field, strong integrity, interpersonal and communication skills, and computer literacy; experience in a lab environment within a food/pharma setting is preferred.”,
