Quality Lead

Quality Lead ensures that all finished goods produced meet customer specifications by effectively training Quality Team members and leading their work, enforcing GMPs and internal SOPs, and participating in audits to ensure customer conformance. The role supports the Quality Management System (QMS), conducts internal and external audits, verifies production records and labeling, assists with investigations and root cause analysis for variances, and collaborates on recalls, CAPA, and preventive controls. Strong emphasis on documentation, communication, and applying quality processes across production lines to uphold food safety and quality objectives.
