Quality Lead- Data Centres

Job Summary
Quality Lead for Data Centre projects responsible for ensuring and advancing quality across on-site and off-site activities. Lead QC resource planning, witness commissioning per Client/Contractor requests, perform audits of ITPs and checklists, conduct site walks, coordinate with Client, Consultants, Contractors and Vendors, present quality issues to Client weekly, and escalate significant risks. Manage QAQC meetings, oversee QAQC documentation and ensure all quality dossiers are stored in the Client’s system. Validate As-built drawings, generate weekly quality reports, and oversee performance evaluations of QC personnel. Requires extensive construction experience, strong QC/commissioning expertise in data center facilities, and proficiency with MS Office and document management tools. Lead activities to ensure adherence to quality standards throughout project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Min 10 years of construction experience
- Min 5 years of direct experience in QC and/or commissioning
- experience with construction scheduling
- experience in project administration and/or project management
- experience in managing a quality program
- 5 years’ experience in Data Center facility maintenance, operation and/or construction
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (beneficial)
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Project, Word)
- Experience with online document management applications (strong plus)
- Manufacturing or industry QAQC formal qualification is preferred
- Consultant PM experience with data centre pre-construction, build to and handover/commissioning and post turn over processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
