Quality Lab Technician

Audit K3 Casting parts and processes for Customer and Kamtek Casting, determining approval to proceed with production. Perform incoming inspection testing on ingot shipments, metal chemistry, density, X-Ray, and blister tests. Execute daily tensile, bend, and punch rivet tests, plus weekly thread and optical profilometer checks. Report findings, escalate non-conforming conditions, and issue quality alerts as needed. Maintain quality alert folders and concern matrices using the Kamtek Manufacturing System. Adhere to plant safety rules and promote good housekeeping daily.
