Job Summary
Quality Investigator at Richmond Community Services tasked with conducting investigations into abuse, neglect, significant incidents, and policy violations; coordinate with the Justice Center; gather and analyze records, video footage, and other evidence; interview employees, individuals served, families, and stakeholders; prepare objective investigative reports; identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement; collaborate with Residential, Clinical, Nursing, HR, and Leadership teams to support corrective action; assist with regulatory audits, compliance reviews, and quality assurance activities; monitor compliance with OPWDD regulations and applicable state/federal requirements; maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout investigative activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
