Quality & Inventory Specialist - Weekend Night Shift

Job Summary
Establish and publish weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules, then coordinate these timelines with Warehouse Supervisors daily to assign necessary product, equipment, and human resources. Direct personnel assigned to audits and counts, providing daily written and electronic analysis of results while spot-checking unloading, receiving, and shipping staff for all accounts. Document findings in spreadsheets and interact with leadership to identify trends requiring corrective action. Manage email correspondence and maintain strong communication skills within a cooperative team environment. Requires five or more years of related work experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and proficiency in spreadsheet applications. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 5 or more years of related work experience
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have excellent audit skills
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Must have the ability to work in a cooperative, team oriented environment
- Strong skills in word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Working knowledge of inventory quality control requirements
- Working knowledge of industry standards
- Must be highly organized
- Must be able to pay close attention to detail
- Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently climb or balance
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds with hand truck/pallet jack
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand
- Must be able to pass an E-Verify Check
- Must be able to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination
