Quality & Inventory Specialist - Weekend Day Shift

Job Summary
The Quality & Inventory Specialist is responsible for establishing and publishing weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules. This role requires coordination with Warehouse Supervisors to ensure adequate resources are available for execution of these audits. The specialist will manage personnel assigned to audits, analyze results, document findings in Excel, and provide comprehensive daily reports. A strong emphasis is placed on communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a focus on inventory quality control.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of related work experience
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- excellent audit skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
- ability to work in a cooperative, team oriented environment
- strong skills in word processing and spreadsheet applications
- working knowledge of inventory quality control requirements, and industry standards
- highly organized and attention to detail
