Quality & Inventory Specialist

Job Summary
Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules; coordinates and directs the work of personnel assigned to audits with Warehouse Supervisors; provides daily written/electronic analysis of inventory and audit results; handles spot audit tasks including unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping documentation with Excel tracking; collaborates with supervisors/leads to identify trends and corrective actions; responds to emails promptly; requires strong written/verbal communication skills, audit proficiency, teamwork, and proficiency with word processing/spreadsheet tools; on-site presence is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- 5 or more years of related work experience.
- 5 or more years of industry related experience preferred.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have excellent audit skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Must have the ability to work in a cooperative, team oriented environment
- Strong skills in word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Working knowledge of inventory quality control requirements, and industry standards.
- Must be highly organized and pay close attention to detail.
