Job Summary
Conduct quality inspection form transitions and validate testing within the Quality Inspection Program. Support digital quality management system implementation, maintenance, and operational team training on KPI monitoring and CAPA protocols. Manage quality system documentation, data, and compliance reporting while contributing to process improvement initiatives for packing operations. This internship strengthens understanding of quality management principles and provides practical experience in implementing, maintaining, and improving quality systems within a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Diploma or Degree Quality Management
- Be a South African citizen (be able to produce a valid South African ID document)
- Be between the ages of 18-30
- Must be currently unemployed
- Must have no criminal record
- Must be willing to relocate to Randfontein
- Exceptional Computer Literacy (use of MS Office suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Interest in skills development and relevant legislation
- E-Learning Skills
- Facilitation skills
- Strong research skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in completing tasks
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Self-motivated and high level of initiative
