Job Summary

Execute quality tools for improvements including process flowcharting, Pareto analysis, and statistical process control. Monitor engineering processes for adherence to standards, perform quality reviews, and assist with internal audits. Lead or assist process and equipment validations while processing customer quality complaints. Develop QMS deliverables such as risk analysis, failure mode and effects analysis, and CAPA. Work with production to document process parameters and participate in pre- and post-production reviews. Support the Y-90 production team with chemical experiments, radiation cleanup, and inventory assistance. Collect data to chart quality goals and analyze key metrics to monitor performance. This full-time role supports Niowave's Safety, Compliance, and Six Sigma Quality objectives within a professional office and industrial environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (in process) in Engineering or equivalent combination of work experience, certifications, and/or degree required
  • Ability to apply logic and reasoning to solve complex problems, including identifying strengths/weaknesses, locating alternative solutions and conclusions, and approaches to problems; and making high-quality, timely decisions
  • Ability to proofread data
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Confident decision-making abilities
  • Must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to (20 - 50) pounds
  • Must occasionally stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear
