Job Summary
Quality Intern role focusing on document control within the Quality Management System (QMS): review, update, format, and release controlled documents; ensure approvals and revision control; assist with transitioning legacy or uncontrolled documents; maintain logs and revision histories; support audits (internal, customer, third-party) for ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 alignment; assist with training records and organizational improvements; participate in SPC system updates and special quality projects; requires attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to follow procedures and handle controlled information responsibly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
