Job Summary
Oversee QIDP program operations in a designated set of programs, including direct supports, person-centered planning, health care coordination, licensing compliance, staffing, training, budgeting, and maintenance of the physical environment. Lead staff recruitment/hiring, scheduling, training, performance evaluations, coaching, and safety. Manage program planning, documentation audits, stakeholder relations, government relations, incident reporting, and program growth. Ensure medications, reimbursement, and dietary plans are appropriately administered and compliant. Supervise Direct Support Professionals and Program Supervisors, participate in staff orientation, and ensure regulatory and licensing compliance. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of related experience; travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Two to three years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred
