Quality Inspector

Conduct final in-depth inspections of completed trailers by visually reviewing powder coat finishes, checking welds, verifying fastener torque, and testing basic functions like hydraulics and lighting. Locate defects overlooked during manufacturing, clean surfaces, and apply touch-up paint or install warning labels, reflective tape, and logos as required. Confirm trailers match Sales Order specifications before shipping. Perform duties under extreme heat or cold while wearing steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and gloves. Requires high school diploma, reading/writing skills, and manufacturing experience.
