Job Summary

Conduct quality inspections and audits on incoming materials using hand gaging and visual techniques to determine conformance to specifications. Contain non-conforming parts by rework, sorting, or scrapping as directed, and rectify issues through grinding, sanding, cleaning, and assembly using basic hand tools. Communicate sort and inspection results to managers, supervisors, and production sources while utilizing the company portal for time recording. Perform duties in a 1st shift role at $18.50/hr in Fond du Lac, WI, requiring a high school diploma and one year of quality-related experience.
