Job Summary
Inspect manufactured parts or products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards by reading work instructions and using measuring or testing equipment. Act as an impartial third party between the production source and customer facility to verify set criteria are met. Collect and record data while complying with local and company Health & Safety legislation. Speak and read in English, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and handle sensitive material. Work in a fast-paced environment with reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to speak and read in the English language
- Good communications skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, lift, twist and move freely
- Ability to periodically lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or Equivalent recommended or comparable work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to read blueprints a plus
