Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector responsible for performing routine checks, tests, gauging, and instrument inspections of material, goods in process, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards; heavy emphasis on accurate data entry and record keeping, with collaboration to develop and test products and systems. Responsibilities include visual inspection for defects, detailed inspections when limits are not clearly defined, notifying supervision of out-of-spec results, recording inspection data and defect counts, and making recommendations on disposition of questionable product. Preferred competencies include reading and interpreting maintenance manuals for MRO processing, using precision measurement devices (micrometers, site gauges, calipers), and applying mathematical reasoning to analyze data; experience with aviation products and FAA regulatory systems is desirable. This role requires a high school diploma/GED and at least one year of related experience, and supports a team-oriented, integrity-driven culture with strong emphasis on ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
