Job Summary
Quality Inspector responsible for receiving and inspecting components for repair and overhaul, generating technical documentation, and performing return-to-service approvals in compliance with regulations. Duties include maintaining FAA documentation, conducting visual and dimensional inspections, reviewing logbooks and service bulletins, and ensuring continuous improvement in the quality program. Requirements include at least 5 years of aviation experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to pass a drug test. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preference for candidates holding an FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certificate.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years aviation experience
- Minimum 3 years quality experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Data entry skills and computer literate
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Must pass FAA/DOT drug test and background screen
Desired Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certificate preferred
- Experience with FAA documentation
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to obtain FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certificate if not already held
