Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Familiarity with various measurement tools and techniques (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM)
- Solid understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and non-conformances
