Job Summary
Quality Inspector (PCBA) at ACE Thermal Systems in Seminole, OK. Responsible for the critical inspection of incoming PCBA parts, soldering components, polarity, and conformance to IPC-610 throughout the manufacturing process. Interpret drawings and specifications, collect data, and report to the Quality Lead/Manager. Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using calipers, micrometers, ring/plug gauges, height gauges, and CMMs. Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI/FAIR), initiate MRB nonconformance actions, and coordinate issues between organizations. Ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements (OSHA, ESHM, AS9100D). Requires ability to obtain source inspection designations and to work onsite in Seminole, OK.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required
- 1-2 years experience in inspection is required
- PCBA assembly or inspection is highly desired
- AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) machine programming or operation experience highly desired
- Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications and other related literature is necessary
- Familiar with geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T) skills
- Familiar with PCBA inspection
- IPC-610 – certification, prior certification, or ability to be certified
- Familiar with Windows Operating System®, MS Office including (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Ability to be onsite Monday – Friday, at the Seminole, OK facility required
