Job Summary
Monitor vendor repair of engine/module subassemblies and components by verifying adherence to technical manuals, operation sheets, and engineering requirements. Perform visual and dimensional inspections of parts, tooling, and gages to determine serviceability and ensure calibration compliance. Review technical data and service repair operation sheets, then confirm forms, tags, and vendor serviceability per established processes. Archive production and quality control paperwork, inspection reports, and certificates while entering quality control data into the computer database. Work onsite at Dock 18, Sustainment Center, Oklahoma City, with a salary range of $41,400 to $72,600.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Person status (lawful permanent resident, U.S. citizen, U.S. national, refugee, or asylee)
- HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Pratt & Whitney Quality Management Systems, inspection procedures and Quality standards
- Experience in F119 engine overhaul and repair environment to include SAP
- F119 Inspection experience and ability to use precision measuring equipment and techniques
- Experience in manufacturing environment, and working knowledge of shop practices, processes and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret F119 technical data and engine manuals
