Quality Inspector III on 1st shift in Delavan, WI responsible for quality checks of injection-molded parts, reading blueprints, performing dimensional/appearance/functional tests, using micrometers/calipers/height gauges, reporting non-conformances, scheduling work on presses, handling material and documentation, and coordinating with molding staff.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient use of metrology tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges)
- Ability to read and interpret part drawings/blueprints and quality plans/standards
- Perform dimensional, appearance, and functional quality checks
- Communicate non-conformances to Molding technical staff for correction
- Scheduling duties including assignment of work on presses/work cells
- Operate pallet jack and manage material handling
- Generate documentation for scrap processing, inventory, and finished goods receipts
