Job Summary
Perform inspection and analyze data required by work instructions, Inspection Test Masters, and specifications for developmental, first run, in-process, and final parts. Conduct visual inspections against internal and customer quality requirements using precision measuring instruments, gauges, and prints. Prepare rejection tags and NCRs noting deviations in dimensions, finishes, materials, or processes. Stamp or approve acceptable parts, complete necessary paperwork, and perform data entry and analysis. Execute tensile testing and other lab tests as assigned by the supervisor. Must be detail-oriented, proficient with MS Office, and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Extremely detail oriented individual
- Must read and interpret prints and specifications
- Possess problem solving skills
- Exhibit written and oral communication skills in English
- Must be proficient with computer
- Experience with MS Office (Excel)
- Must be able to sit and stand for periods of time
- Must be able to read and understand work instructions
- Must be able to complete necessary documentation as instructed
- Must already be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Desired Qualifications
- Medical Device Manufacturing background preferred
