Quality Inspector I - Returns

Quality Inspector I - Returns handles the product return and replacement process, supports RMA research and processing, and issues customer credits. They investigate RMA requests using WMS, Unity/CORS/DMS order history, and related documentation, interface with warehouses, sales, assets, and suppliers, and document all returns in the system. Desired experience with Oracle and ETQ is preferred, strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), excellent written and verbal English communication, attention to detail, troubleshooting abilities, and a flexible schedule. Role is Hybrid-protected at the MX location (Tlaquepaque) with 3 days in office.
