Job Summary
The Quality Inspector I is responsible for performing visual, dimensional, mechanical, and electrical inspections to ensure compliance with company standards. Key responsibilities include accepting or rejecting products based on specifications, maintaining records, and entering QA data into software systems. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in electronics, knowledge of PCB assembly and inspection, and be proficient in using precision measuring tools. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for effective collaboration with manufacturing personnel and leads.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate required
- Minimum of 1 years of prior experience in fabrication of bare circuit boards or assembly of electronic products
- Ability to interpret PCB/PCBA workmanship standards and component identification
Desired Qualifications
- IPC 600, 610, 620 Certification
- J-STD-001, ASQ-CQI Certification
- Ability to read & interpret technical design documentation (PD’s), BOMs and wire diagrams
