Job Summary
In-process inspection on products through SMT, Wave, and Selective Soldering operations; enforce ESD requirements and MSD handling per component moisture sensitivity levels; verify conformance to IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 workmanship standards; inspect and approve incoming materials via visual/measurement tests and ERP documentation; document inspection results; resolve quality issues; stop non-conforming processes and communicate with Production Supervisor/engineering; support ISO quality management systems and maintain a safe work environment; requires high attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years electronics manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with measuring devices (calipers, pin gauges, feeler gauges, height gauges)
- Certification to IPC-600, IPC-610 & J-STD-001 is a plus
