Job Summary
Conduct daily product inspections per SOP and Blue Book requirements, recording data on inspection sheets and entering results into the Firewall. Verify carton labels, serial numbers, and part quantities; identify product status by stamping labels with employee numbers. Review boundary samples, inspect inspection matrices, and communicate with shift supervisors regarding excessive rejects or non-conforming materials. Perform dock audits, complete re-inspections after disposition, and dispose of scrap as directed. Maintain work area cleanliness and participate in internal problem-solving initiatives. Work the 3rd shift (12am-8am) with mandatory availability for every other weekend until project completion.
